We collect the following information when you use Rise:

• ·Profile information: Details you voluntarily provide during onboarding such as city, state, release status, and goals.
• ·Chat messages: Conversations with Ask Tracy are stored to maintain context across sessions.
• ·Journal entries: Stored locally on your device only — we do not store your journal on our servers.
• ·Community posts: Anonymous posts and replies you share on the Community Board.
• ·Payment information: Subscription billing is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• ·To deliver AI-powered responses tailored to your situation
• ·To manage your premium subscription

• ·We do not sell your data to third parties

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using the Base44 platform with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Journal entries are stored only on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers. Community posts are anonymous — your real name and identity are never attached to posts.

5. AI Conversations

Ask Tracy uses AI language models to generate responses. Your conversations may be processed by AI providers (such as Google or Anthropic) under their data processing agreements. Conversations are stored to maintain session history. Do not share passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifying information in chat.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

7. Children's Privacy
